How to change SharePoint 2010 Farm passphrase?

1. Open SharePoint 2010 Management Shell from Start, All Programs, Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Products.

2. Enter following cmdlet: Set-SPPassPhrase

3. Type the new farm passphrase.

4. Confirm the passphrase.
